• Planning and coordinating all strategic and operational procurement activities
• Ensuring on time delivery of production material, optimizing material stock level
• Managing suppliers, solving issues and claims
• Being responsible for warehouse management
• Communicating with customers and implementing their requirements
• Delivering improvement of established processes and searching for cost reduction opportunity; driving automation
• Leading the assigned team and ensuring their continuous development

• Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position in purchasing/procurement in a production environment, including experience within an automotive company
• Experience on a leader/managerial position
• Advanced PC user (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Active command of English language, knowledge of German language being an advantage
• Slovak as a native language
• Driving license B
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good organizational, time management and planning skills
• High level of leadership
• Good analytical thinking
• Practical and innovative mindset
• Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position in purchasing/procurement in a production environment, including experience within an automotive company
