Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Being responsible for daily running of the business
• Preparing operational plans, budgets and forecasts in line with international group policies
• Managing and improving operational processes, including related documentation
• Monitoring and analyzing costs in liaison with given budget
• Analyzing and evaluating actual performance, proposing improvements, maximizing efficiency and productivity of the business
• Ensuring compliance of daily operations with group standards and relevant legal regulations, as well as delivery of quality service to customers
• Leading the assigned team
• Regularly controlling quality of delivered services, participating in work inspections
• Cooperating with other departments and managers within the company
