Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Building strong portfolio of private labels, analyzing effectiveness of the existing portfolio of private label brands and identifying opportunities for their growth
• Strategically developing private label brands, their names, their concepts, their designs, in close cooperation with Category Management
• Coordinating full launch on the market together with Communication Manager
• Driving given KPIs in terms of market share, turnover, private label share
• Developing the clear brand definition and benefits for customers, managing brand concept development using critical market insights
• Being involved in product development - assuring compliance with the chosen brand concept, cooperating with Quality Management when checking the product specifications
• Coordinating the packaging design (layout) based on the agreed private label concept and its corporate identity, briefing the agencies to develop the brand names and concepts of the packaging
• Owning the topic of quality, being responsible for database of products and identifying the possibility of different quality standards, including distinguishing of the packaging and design reflecting quality topic
• Together with Product Managers participating on setup and implementation of company sustainability policy – driving green products, sustainable packaging standards, etc.
• Being responsible for Private Label Department budget
• Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing

• Active knowledge of English language
• Active knowledge of Slovak language
• Experience with space planning software (e.g., JDA) being a plus
• Driving license B
