Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Being responsible for SAP SuccessFactors modules LMS (Learning), Succession & Development and Talent
• Acting as the first point of contact and collaboration with the Business Process Owners for the modules
• Providing cross module support for Onboarding 2.0
• Designing, monitoring, and maintaining system processes, procedures and support documentation
• Delivering user management and key architecture including role-based permissions
• Leading process improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancement and utilization
• Collaborating with other System Administrators to ensure consistency, share best practices, improve processes, and develop system knowledge
• Being responsible for release management, coordination, implementation and testing of functional enhancements and change requests
• Translating business requirements into system configuration
• Providing consulting services to the HR Business in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience
• Being responsible for prioritization and distribution of tasks within the HRIS Team

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree
• Professional qualification and previous experience in the position of an HRIS Specialist SAP SuccessFactors or similar
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors system implementation including its configuration on a global level
• In-depth knowledge of the modules Succession and Development and Learning Management System including SFX accreditation
• Additional knowledge of the modules Onboarding 2.0 and Recruiting is preferable
• Advanced administrator skills in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Knowledge of HRIS system integrations and interfaces
• Project leadership skills with proven project management experience, experience in managing of multiple projects with varying sizes and degrees of complexity
• Strong interest and experience in HR technology
• Experience in development of functional design specifications for business application
• Business fluency in English, knowledge of German in addition is preferable
• Strong analytical capability and best practice knowledge
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to problem solve complex scenarios and capability to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventative actions
• Desire to improve processes, take initiative and solve problems
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills
• High degree of personal integrity and confidence
