Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Participating in setup and achievement of given revenue growth, gross margin and EBIT targets
• Team Leading
• Supervising key customer and strategic customer relationships in cooperation with Business Development and Sales Director and Key Account Sales Representatives
• Maintaining and developing the product to ensure growth and development of the company
• Maintaining and developing relationships with external suppliers
• Being responsible for transport capacity building
• Recruiting, developing and leading daily staff in the assigned area
• Developing and retaining competent employees, identifying critical positions and plan succession
• Providing its team with clear direction and performance standards, training, motivation and leading the team to achieve set goals
• Participating in the creation of annual budgets and action plans to optimize the business model and achieve measurable productivity and quality improvements
• Identifying new business opportunities in local markets
• Actively promoting the exchange of expertise and experience within the company and other group divisions

•Strong leadership skills
• Professional track in the field of transport and logistics, knowledge of the transport market, experience in contracts with carriers
• Experience with P&L responsibility and in-depth knowledge of specific market segments (e.g. FTL, PTL)
• Knowledge in analysis of costs, profits and other economic indicators and international transport conditions - INCOTERMS, AETR, etc.
• Active knowledge of English language
• PC (MS Office) user
• Driving license B
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and simple manner
• Strategic planning skills
