Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Boosting the subsidiary business by designing and implementing the per species marketing strategy
• Managing and leading technical services within the territory and species
• Implementing and developing a prevention strategy
• Driving subsidiary’s sales, within its assigned species
• Monitoring and advising on product positioning, local pricing and product profit margins
• Implementing of the Species Products Marketing Plan in the country
• Leveraging technical knowledge and understanding of the veterinary matters proactively
• Advising customers on product use
• Training the sales team on technical and marketing aspects of the products
• Leading technical services within the territory
• Monitoring competitors´ position in terms of pricing and product launchings
• Reporting market information to the Species Business Unit Manager of the Corporate Marketing Department
• Identifying opportunities and collaborating with the Species Headquarters Group
• Managing local opinion leaders in coordination with HIPRA Headquarters
• Developing and playing a key role in product presentations in the whole country
• Rolling out headquarters´ marketing strategy in the subsidiary
• Focusing on promoting a prevention strategy
