Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Preparing annual financial statements and the company tax declaration
- Planning and managing the company annual budget divided by cost centers
- Coordinating the monthly VAT return process, ensuring adherence to VAT return deadlines
- Being responsible for posting and payment of wages based on the data provided by the HR Department
- Controlling
- Preparing reports and analyzes for the mother company
- Setting-up accounting and financial transactions in the SAP system in accordance with applicable legislation
- Ensuring financial and payment discipline
- Being responsible for financial evaluation of new projects
- Managing subordinates, delegating and evaluating tasks, proposing measures to eliminate identified deviations in performance
- Analyzing / auditing monthly results and budgets through retail of subsidiaries’ gross margin
- Participating at development and analysis of a 5-year projection plan for the plants
- Driving complex impact calculations for specific projects
- Advising directors in terms of budgets, costs, projects
- Reporting to the Plant Manager

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience on a similar position within the production/operation environment
- Proficiency in costs controlling and analytical accounting standards/practices
- Understanding of accounting
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- Proficient in computer tools required for the function, Excel advanced user
- Working experience in SAP
- Good analytical and adaptive skills
- Ability to explain the story behind the numbers
- Strong communication skills with an ability to obtain and analyze information and draw business solutions
- Ability to concisely and effectively deliver insights, recommendations, and results to the executive management
- Strong sense of urgency around delivery of reports and deadlines
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and reporting on large amounts of data
- High level of curiosity to explore, learn and understand business information
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exercising integrity, honesty and discretion
