Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Managing relationships with and acquiring new customers (retail chains on the Slovak and Czech market)
- Being responsible for continuous customer support in Slovakia and Czech Republic
- Having responsibility for enforcement of the company´s strategic targets
- Executing sales activities (support to customers, acquisition of customers)
- Optimizing gross margins (especially through logistics), mainly in the own sales area
- Handling sales statistics
- Cooperating in preparation of sales- and turnover plans
- Preparing monthly and weekly updates of the forecast
- Ensuring compliance and achievement of objectives in the field of operational sales
- Being responsible for market mapping, obtaining market and customer information, following market trends, intermediary trade, competitors, end consumers, external influencers, customer requirements, product requirements
- Attending at trade fairs (if required) and at regular sales meetings
