Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Being responsible for operational and commercial management of the Slovakian subsidiary within the Road Transport Business Line
• Animating and contributing to the development of the skills of teams, mainly from industry environment
• Being responsible for the budget and subsidiary’s results
• Acting as the main contact for the key customers
• Driving development of the turnover in a profitable way, within the objectives and strategies defined by the Group
• Putting in place the right organization
• Driving the indicators to ensure perfect quality of service and to achieve the required profitability while respecting the processes and tools deployed by the Group
• Developing transport and logistics services
• Reporting to the Eastern Europe Cluster Director

• University education with specialization in Transport & Logistics
• Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position with responsibility for complex company management, including operation management and business development
• Experience from a multi-sites environment, ideally from the sector of transport of goods (batches in own resources as well as in chartering) and associated logistics
• Strong strategic and commercial development orientation
• Fluent knowledge of Slovak and English language
• French language is a plus
• Excellent managerial skills
• Genuine leadership skills and relational intelligence
• Strongly result- and customer-oriented
• Ready to face challenges
• Entrepreneur
• Proactive and innovative
• Rigorous, pragmatic
• Able to arbitrate and decide
