Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Managing the whole Accounting Department
- Being responsible for fulfilment of the budget
- Driving active acquisition of new clients
- Managing complex processing of bookkeeping agenda for client
- Communicating with clients (also in foreign languages), with the tax authorities and other state institutions
- Checking double entry bookkeeping processing and accounting outputs data for clients on monthly basis
- Advising to clients, providing support to clients with accounting questions
- Preparing bank payment orders, statistical reports and financial statements
- Reporting according to individual client requirements
- Processing corporate income tax returns
- Reconciliating balance sheet accounts
- Monitoring legislative changes related to accounting and tax agenda and their implementation

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

3.500,- EUR gross monthly, however the final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Double-entry bookkeeping - advanced

Driving licence


Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum 7 years of working experience in double entry bookkeeping, minimum 2 years of a successful managerial leadership experience in accounting or financial management
- Very good knowledge of accounting principles, standards, regulations, laws and practices
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Bookkeeping software POHODA or Microsoft Navision knowledge is an advantage
- Adequate knowledge of tax laws
- Interest in learning and improvement of foreign languages
- High attention to details
- Good communication and managerial skills
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Strong client focus
- Team player
- Good time management skills
- Responsible and enthusiastic
