Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Managing all financial related aspects of the company
• Providing guidance, interpretation of data / figures to the company management
• Monitoring and forecasting the financial indicators
• Optimizing the cash flow and the working capital indicators
• Preparing forecasts, budget and middle term plans
• Proposing and implementing action plans in order to optimize financial performance
• Ensuring accurate processing, consolidation, analysis and validation of financial data
• Optimizing / implementing processes and systems
• Leading data processing for the local and statutory accounting and tax compliance
• Cooperating with the Project Leaders and with the Central Tax, Reporting, Accounting and Controlling teams
• Managing the company’s assets & liabilities
• Preparing OPEX and CAPEX
• Overseeing the treasury operations
• Being responsible for implementation of the local legal requirements
• Leading and developing the Finance and Accounting team
