- Being responsible for coordination of all sales activities
- Managing the customer service and sales departments
- Taking care of key accounts and large clients
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Being the partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Setting reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
- Ensuring that the team delivers a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
- Active monitoring of company position on the market, strengthening the company image
- Preparing long-term and short-term sales plans
- Being responsible for achieving sales targets
