Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Developing and implementing HR strategy
• Following and ensuring all activities according the Labour code, health and safety of employees also in terms of ISO 14001
• Participating on preparation of company budget
• Coordinating employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing HR internal and branch HR processes (KPIs and others), proposing/implementing improvement tools and action plans
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Supporting current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Maintaining pay plan and internal salary program
• Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Coordinating communication policy all over of the plant
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system
• Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
• Converting all service progress plans and documentations according to the IATF 16949 process approach
• Maintaining and processing internal payroll and attendance system
• Participating to HR Division meetings and follow-ups
• Helping Plant Manager in employees’ skills improvement and evolutions / promotions
• Managing team of two people
• Reporting to Plant Manager and having functional manager Division HR Director
• Acting as a Member of the Plant Steering Committee

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

• English language knowledge on advanced level

• Driving license B
• Very good knowledge of payroll and Slovak law
• Highly skilled in HR improvement tools + rigorous
• Experience in industrial plants and, if possible, in automotive industry
