Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Being fully responsible for all HR matters within industrial plant
- Managing the development and maintenance of the local HR System
- Defining all Human Resources training programs to reach 0 man and 0 method loss type
- Building and following a training budget considering company needs and priorities
- Building effective training organization within plant, Leads internal training and Education pillar within WCOM
- Ensuring professional career development of high potentials and key staff legal requirements
- Managing performance and people review distribution within the HR System
- Coordination and management of relationships with Trade Union, with the aim of achieving a good environment by considering the Group strategy.
- Leader of collective bargaining process
- Providing guidance, coaching, and support on all HR activities including, but not limited to, employment law, company policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, performance management, and employee relations
- Managing disciplinary and grievance matters and probationary reviews in conjunction with managers
- Maintaining and shaping company organization charts and employee directory
- Driving and continuously shaping the company culture through the core values and best practices
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines
- Managing budget of personal and fixed costs and follow up
- Managing compensations and benefits policy and processes including salary increase
- Managing internal communication process, internal promotion and external recruitment, social activities for employees
- Being responsible for dedicated HR KPI´s
- Having team of direct reports - up to 5 employees
- Reporting to Plant Manager

- Having 10 years’ experience as Production Manager
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managerial position focused on the following:

- English language written and spoken knowledge, French language is an advantage
- Experience in production site of which preferably in an international company
- Knowledge of WCOM approach IS A MUST (5S, continuous improvement...)
