Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Complex processing of payroll agenda for client
- Leading team of 5 consultants
- Communication with clients (also in foreign languages), with the tax authorities and other state institutions
- Ensuring preparation and reconciliation payroll data for the client on monthly basis, data processing for payroll accounting
- Preparing labour related documents (i.e. employment contracts, temporary agreements and other)
- Providing support to clients with salary and other payroll questions
- Preparing and reviewing travel expense reports
- Preparing annual payroll tax reconciliation
- Ensuring bank payment orders preparation
- Preparing documents for payroll
- Reporting according to the individual client requirements
- Preparing statistical reports
- Preparing personal income tax returns
- Having responsibility for the accuracy of payroll
- Monitoring legislative changes related to payroll agenda, their implementation and communication to the client
- Ensuring team management and leadership

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Min. 3-5 years of working experience in payroll
- MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint a Microsoft Outlook)
- Orientation in payroll
- Knowledge of Labour Code and other payroll related Codes
- Adequate knowledge of tax law
- Interest in learning and improvement of foreign language
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Strong client focus
- Team player
- Good time management skills
- Responsible and enthusiastic
- Experience in the field of team management and leadership
