Production Manager

Our client is a very modern automotive company producing electronic part, based near Pilsen, Czech Republic.

The Autonomous Production Unit Manager is responsible for the management and control of production, implementation and compliance with production procedures; production capacity planning. Supervises the fulfillment of production orders in terms of set deadlines and quality. He is responsible for a team of subordinate workers, for their initial training, management and development. He regularly checks the parameters of the production process and reports the results of the overall activity to the company's management.

We are looking for an independent professional, who already has experience with leadership or managerial role in automotive production. Our candidate should be open minded to frequent changes, initiative and able to self-criticize. English and Czech language on a communicative level is a must, as well as good knowledge of automotive management systems.
