Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Provide technical support to all internal clients in ARRIVA companies in Slovakia in scope of ERP solution
• Develop Business processes and implement approved processes upon business request
• Train users for basic level of use of systems
• Manage incidents, their prioritization and escalate where needed onto solution/support teams
• Coordinate local and global team in Incident management, will act as single point of contact for both parties
• Change management for solution, will act as project manager in these situations
• Documentation of process in solution and their actualization if needed
