Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a supply chain planner, you have a broad responsibility area with the following main focusses: you ensure a correct production planning. After some time, you become responsible for distribution to our customers. You are the interlocutor of many different departments; warehouse, manufacturing, quality control and customer service.

  • You will plan our production according to demand
  • You plan and prioritize production for maximum performance, cost effectiveness, minimum delay and disruption
  • You plan all major resources of production: manpower, equipment, raw materials in according to demand
  • You make performance reports regarding production capacity and link sales forecasts to actual execution plans
  • You are key user of our ERP system (SAP) and manage MRP- related master data
  • You ensure inventory management. You determine stocking and replenishment levels in according to group standards.
You are the end responsible for purchase
  • You will also become responsible for our distribution to internal and external customers
  • You optimise transport models for distribution to our end customers of SK and CZ

Personality requirements and skills

  • you have strong business sense
  • you are able to work in an independent way and have a high amount of self-discipline
  • you are detail oriented
  • you have a capacity of building bridges between sales and operational departments
  • you are familiar with supply chain, manufacturing processes and Slovak distribution
  • you have a working knowledge of combining Excel and ERP systems. SAP is obviously a plus.
