Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an HR business partner, you are a true HR generalist in all its facets. As a member of our management team, you report to the general manager. You supervise 1 colleague, specialized in payroll and you work closely together with the group talent manager, based in Belgium.
  • You provide all needed support in the complete HR life cycle.
  • You are the go to person for recruitment: you write a recruitment plan of attack. - You understand the true importance of strategic recruiting in both, blue and white collars.
  • You are co selecting all the new commers in the company by conducting in-depth first interviews. You are responsible for the correct roll out of our onboarding strategy.
  • You guide and ensure the talent development and training of our Slovakian plant.
  • You perform exit interviews and support the managers in (re)orientation talks of employees.
  • You provide active support and back up for the payroll specialist. You co-optimize current procedures. Together, you ensure legal compliancy with Slovakian labour code.
  • You keep a close eye on labour budgets. You analyse together with the new operations controller all variances, discover trends and make action plans.
