Customer Support Specialist (Pharmaceutical Industry)

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for professional end users with questions about pharmaceutical products. • Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner

• Listening with empathy and addressing customer needs with care and sensitivity

• Documenting all enquiries accurately and ensuring timely follow-up

• Coordinating with internal teams and Level 2 Support to resolve complex issues

• Maintaining a structured and organized approach to managing communication and follow-ups
