Senior Software Engineer (Python/Azure)

​We’re seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in Python development and Azure Cloud services. In this role, you'll help architect and build cutting-edge digital solutions that directly impact patient care and healthcare delivery. You’ll work with modern cloud-native technologies and lead by example in DevOps adoption, solution architecture, and technical excellence.​

• Application Development: Take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications that form the backbone of our healthcare platform.

• Cloud Architecture: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using Azure Functions and other Azure services.

• DevOps Leadership: Champion DevOps best practices—including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and agile workflows—and mentor others in adopting them.

• Collaborative Delivery: Partner with product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

• Performance & Reliability: Monitor applications, proactively resolve performance issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Code Quality & Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold best practices and security standards, while offering constructive feedback.

• Knowledge Sharing: Produce and maintain technical documentation for solutions, systems, and processes to support team collaboration and onboarding.

• Mentorship: Guide junior developers and promote a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to healthcare-specific regulatory and security requirements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and recommend improvements.
