Job description, responsibilities and duties
Hello, we are looking for a new member for the Arcondis family. This is your chance to make healthcare better. Your tasks will include:
Finance Controller and Accountant responsibilities:
• accounting, closing and reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements)
• analytical reviews and reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L statements
• revenue recognition, inventories, fixed assets, AP/AR topics, provisions & accruals
• process accounts payable invoices
• interact with other different internal teams and external vendors for process-related matters
• ensure invoices are processed and uploaded into internal or client systems on time
• coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
• provide support within a global finance team.
Payroll management for Arcondis Slovakia (not a mandatory part of the role, but nice to have skills):
• run payroll operations insisting on the highest standards and with the highest controllership
• ensuring that payroll complies with internal policies and local legislations at all times
• provide payroll accounting support
• act as the Subject Matter Expert for HR stakeholders.
