UX Designer

We are looking for UX Designer to help drive user experience design of digital products and services. The UX Designer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of UX artifacts and documentation for variety of web and mobile projects including embedded software on medical devices. This includes mockups, interactive prototypes, service blueprints, user journey, process flowcharts and user scenarios.
The designer will perform holistic, formative UX research to help develop strategic vision for the future of products and services and enhancement of existing products. He/She will participate in maturing Design System, system usability guidelines & standards, page template guidelines and the processes to deliver on time and of high quality. The Designer will also ensure all digital user experience designs for the projects support business objectives.

Responsibilities:
•Partner with various stakeholders to deliver online and embedded experiences while supporting the overall roadmap strategy ensuring positive impact to our client’s patients and healthcare providers.
•Create UI and visual design in collaboration with other team members in an open, supportive and collaborative manner.
•Design and execute user research studies relevant for each project in accordance with the best practices of the User Experience.
