Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Planning and implementation of infrastructure, organizational and digital transformation projects in the life science industry
- Project organization and structure for complex and international IT projects
- Review and evaluation of project requirements including IT strategy and IT architecture
- Gathering, analysis and evaluation of customer requirements as well as consulting
- Coordination and planning of project budgets
- Agile and waterfall expertise
- Supporting requirements and process analyses between the business department and IT
- Project monitoring, risk analyses and identification of trends
- Development of test scenarios
- Development of various Arcondis services

- Motivation to make healthcare better around the globe
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, computer science or a similar field
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in consulting
- You are familiar with project management methodologies (ideally, a certification like SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMP or CAPM)
- Experience in software development, rollout, migration or similar projects
- You enjoy developing new solutions for customers
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
- Communicative and customer-oriented
- Team Player
- Very good communication skills complete your profile
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
