Job description, responsibilities and duties:

We’re looking for a new colleague as Customer Success Manager (CSM) to our office in Žilina. Could you be one of them?

The job position is also suitable for applicants who do not speak Slovak.
It is not necessary to have knowledge in the 3D or IT sector (although they are of course welcomed). A full-fledged training takes place at the start.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be in constant contact with our clients. You will be responsible for their onboarding, as well as nurturing the relationship throughout their whole life cycle
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.
• On the company side, ensure that the cooperation is a win-win for both sides
• Evaluates and analyzes customer needs
• Minimise customer churn
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Experience in handling customer queries tactfully and diplomatically to ensure that they stay subscribed to our product
