Job description, responsibilities and duties

What will you do?

  • Responsible to run the office diligently and efficiently.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and sorting mail.
  • Registration and processing of incoming and outgoing invoices .
  • Communication with external accountants regarding the company´s payments, payment orders, verification of payments of liabilities and receivables.
  • Manage appointments and reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Event management support, travel & accommodation arrangements.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
