Your main tasks will be:
Operations part (80 %):
• Participate on various projects to help the company improving efficiency and/or applying law changes.
• Consult, interact, and collaborate with other offices not only in CEE but also with colleagues around the world.
• Identify system improvements and cooperate with operations team to enact change.
• Support and train colleague for internal systems.
Broking Support part (20 %):
• Assistance in placement, renewal and servicing of reinsurance related contracts.
• Draft and review business presentations and contracts.
• Maintain effective operations of internal systems and flow of documentation.
• Communication with clients and reinsurers.
