Top notch technical support in pre-sales and post-sales in Wireless business!
Our FAEs are technical super stars: domain specialists who support the sales organization and play a crucial role in defining and explaining our solutions to customers, demonstrating our solutions in pre-sales discussions, executing technical evaluation of client´s requirements and provide technical information and trainings to account managers, customers and our distributor partners. They solve issues and respond to queries at the customer site or remotely, enable customer´s engineers to understand how the products work and to see how to configure and use them; they help, they train and build true and lasting relationships with them while collecting valuable market/product development information and extending their own commercial insight for the sake of excellence. Our FAEs also occasionally present at conferences and exhibitions within their domain of expertise, write articles and white papers, contribute to creation of marketing materials. Travel time is estimated around 50%.
At the moment our team of 20 Field Application Engineers & Experts supporting the Sales organization covering Europe, Middle East & Africa Countries is looking for a colleague to cover Central and Eastern parts of Europe, occasionally other Countries of EMEA region when needed.
You will bring and develop your expertise in wireless cellular standards (legacy and 5G) and short range wireless standards (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth); you’ll address all profiles of Customers part of the eco-system, including Chipsets and Modules Manufacturers, Test Houses, Operators, Automotive Customers, IoT Customers
You will be based by preference in Bratislava; however, you need to be able and willing to travel frequently in Europe for Customer visits, trainings and team meetings, with occasional travel to USA/Japan, mainly for training. If you are up to the challenge let us know!

- Experience in R&D laboratory (University or Industry) working on Wireless technologies (RF and/or Protocol)
- Experience of Wireless test equipment’s, i.e. signal generator and analyzer, network simulator
- Fluency in English language
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time
- Easy to communicate with, good listener, good Team player
Nice to haves:
- Experience of public presentation or of trainer
- Interest or basic experience of RF&MW technologies
