Job description, responsibilities and duties

Sales and Service Support Coordinator is providing a dynamic and pro-active support for our sales and service teams in France, ensures smooth and effective front office/sales support and exceptional customer experience. The work day of this colleague is very dynamic, no day is the same as the other and rarely goes according to a plan. Are you up for the challenge?

What you will do?
• Support the sales process by preparing quotes
• Follow up business contact leads in the respective geographical and product area
• Process, follow up and communicate with customers and distributors regarding the status of their orders and the potential of extending or starting new cooperation with Anritsu
• Process and resolve different customer queries
