Job description, responsibilities and duties
Anritsu is searching for a person with Field Sales background and equipment industry experience, who will play tactical and strategic part in the CEE region (from Baltics in the North down to Greece and from Balkans on the East to Switzerland on the West).
In this position, you will perform a crucial role in Anritsu’s success within the highly competitive Test and Measurement market, by increasing our customer footprint in CEE focused on customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships.
The main goal will be to identify new potential customers build relationship and coordinate all customer engagement activities from the sales lead identification (prospects) to the opportunity (active users) in both direct and indirect sales.
Establish and maintain customer relationships, assess customer use-cases and needs.
You will proactively look out for your customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Anritsu products.
The operational aspect of the role includes executing customer activities like organizing demo units for onsite demonstrations and other business development activities for driving a substantial business growth in the region.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
• In this role you will be reporting to CEE Regional Sales Manager and working very closely with field engineering and sales back-office support team.
• Work closely with selected set of accounts from different market segmentation. (Operators and Installers, Automotive, Education and Research)
• Hunting for new prospects in specific target industries, connect with new customers, introduce Anritsu, and identify customer needs and matching products to position.
• Deliver high-level technical presentations and product introductions to key customers.
• Ensure that customers and partners / distributors have good understanding of Anritsu products and services.
• Assist sales channels on tenders and key projects.
• Arrange product support and training to partners for indirect customers.
• Manage and co-ordinate activities of technical support team.
• Monthly reporting, and periodic business planning.
• Travel frequently approx. 50% to sales partners throughout the key countries in the CEE region.

Experience of RF & MW test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, Cable Analyzers.
Technical and Commercial Acumen and willingness to be in the field to meet with customers.
English is a must & any other European language is a plus
Healthy competitive and trustworthy team player with high level of interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate and present technical information to different audiences.
Willingness to travel
Experience with digital modulation and physical layer test of wireless systems is a plus
Interest or basic experience of Wireline and/or Wireless, 5G technologies is an advantage
