Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role, Anritsu is searching for a person with strong Filed Sales background and equipment industry experience, who will play tactical and strategic role in CEE region. The main goal is to expand our CEE footprint not only in indirect sales but also direct KAMs. The tactical aspect of the role includes managing existing Anritsu resources and partner network already working in the territory, and a strategic one includes defining and implementing a business development plan which drives a substantial business growth in the region from the long-term perspective.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Set annual Regional targets in agreement with ESDC Director, Top Management and BU’s. Document yearly budget with business development plan
• Ensure order intake achievement vs. budgets by implementing appropriate action plans
• Identify strategic customers in the region and establish long term strategic relationship
• Manage and develop the distributor partner business in the region. Built up new channels based on the market segmentation (Operators and Installers, Automotive, Education and Research, etc.)
• Interface between BU in USA, Japan, and customers / partners, representing local needs
• Negotiate legal agreements in line with company guidelines
• Ensure timely and accurate forecasts and monthly reporting
• Effectively manage the sales force ensuring maximum level of motivation and team spirit (leadership, communication, business closing support, quality of sales meetings, etc.)
• Monitor sales order intake and activity (calls/demos) by Account or Channel Manager, Customer Segment and Product group and take timely corrective action when appropriate.
• Recruit, train and develop Account or Channel Managers
• Ensure efficient sales administration system with support from Regional Operation
• Set expense budget in agreement with Top Management, monitor expenditures along the year with Finance team.

• Willingness to travel within the territory and rest of Europe (appx. 35%)
