Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are a branch of a global corporation active in the telecom technology world. Our branch belongs to the EMEA organisational structure. We are looking for a Finance Assistant who would be supporting our local Finance Manager and our local office.
As Finance Assistant you will be responsible for supporting financial activities like registering invoices, handling small cash, processing travel reimbursement of local staff, maintaining financial archive, act as an interface between Anritsu and its local suppliers as well as administrative support of the office responsible for travel management, maintaining Health and Safety agenda, handling meal vouchers data, organizing local events and similar.
