Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Anjuna’s Head of Sales, you will lead the development and execution of our international sales strategy, focusing on expanding into new European markets and building relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies in local and international markets
- Lead, mentor, and manage our current two-strong in-house sales team
- Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners in premium markets
- Analyse sales performance, forecast demand and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales strategies align with brand initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities
- Proven track record as a sales group manager or export manager
- Experience in working with international markets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Established network in the food industry
- Understanding of the ins and outs of the Slovakian FMCG landscape
