• Ownership of monthly closing and management reporting, including data validation and consistency checks
• Independent preparation and analysis of reports, presentations and management materials
• Active support of the Scorecard process (data preparation, maintenance and quality assurance)
• Identification, structuring and follow-up of topics and action items across the Controlling area
• Proactive review of existing reports, logic and structures with the aim to simplify, standardize and improve
• Exploration and application of AI-supported reporting and automation approaches — we actively encourage you to bring ideas, test new tools and challenge the status quo

Personality requirements and skills

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Approx. 3–4 years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A or a finance-related environment
• Very high level of accuracy, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Strong motivation, ownership mindset and proactive working style
• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills; SAP experience is an advantage
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written) — this is essential, as you will interact daily with international stakeholders across multiple time zones; German is a plus
• Genuine interest in AI and digital tools — you are curious about how technologies like Copilot, Power BI, automation and AI can improve finance and reporting processes
