Are you ready to grow a specialized flow-control and smart-manufacturing business across EMEA?
ANDRITZ Automation and Digitalization for Pulp and Paper is looking for a highly driven and proactiveSales Manager EMEA, Industrial Flow-Controlstrengthen our international sales organization.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the industrial valves business across EMEA, primarily through distributor management and channel development, while also supporting the sales of ANDRITZ Smart Solutions.
The position can be based in any EMEA country with good international travel connections, typically in a home office setting with regular business travel.

Industrial valves, focus NAF, approx. 80 percent of your time

  1. Develop business and market entry, execute a regional go to market and channel strategy for NAF industrial valves across EMEA, aligned with global business goals
  2. Act as the key ANDRITZ and NAF ambassador in the region, positioning our valve solutions as the preferred choice for demanding Pulp and Paper industrial applications
  3. Manage, support and develop existing distributors and sales partners, including joint visits, pipeline reviews and performance follow up
  4. Identify, select and onboard new valve distributors and explore new sales channels in strategic regions and its markets
  5. Drive own sales activities with key end customers where appropriate, from opportunity identification to closing
  6. Collaborate closely with technical and commercial experts to offer optimized valve solutions tailored to customer processes
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and price levels to support strategic and tactical decisions

    Smart Solutions, approx. 20 percent of your time
  8. Support the promotion and sales of ANDRITZ Smart solutions to selected customers and distributors
  9. Identify synergies between valve business and Smart solution portfolio and leverage them in joint customer approaches
  10. Collect customer and market feedback to further develop our digital and equipment offering

  1. Several years of experience in B2B industrial sales, ideally in valves, flow control, process equipment or related fields
  2. Experience in working with distributors, agents or channel partners is a strong advantage
  3. Background in industries such as pulp, paper, tissue, chemicals, power, oil and gas, or other process industries is a plus
  4. Bachelor’s or master s degree in Engineering, for example Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or similar, or Business Administration with strong technical affinity
