As a product owner/manager, you are part of an international team responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the MarTech stack. In your role, you are responsible for the delivery of a successful products for customer visits and live events management to drive business growth, meet the business needs, and satisfy the end users.

Your main tasks and responsibilities: 

  • The overall vision and strategy of the product, derived from the business needs and goals
  • Translating the product vision into a product roadmap (how to realize the vision)
  • Communication and alignment with business stakeholders to identify requirements, consult on possibilities, and find synergies between similar needs
  • Product marketing and launch activities
  • Requirements management
  • Product backlog management and prioritization
  • Final approval of new developments and general application testing before software releases
  • Product performance and user experience monitoring
  • Support business with the technical expertise of the product
  • Define, publish, and maintain respective standards and documentation (user manuals, best practices, lessons learned)
  • Troubleshoot product issues
  • Management of the tickets related to the product
  • Market analysis and benchmarking
  • Support the service owner with the budget and cost management
