Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
As a CRM Expert & Divisional Key User, you are part of an international team and need to understand our specific sales and marketing process as well as manage the needs and requirements of the Business Unit. You will also coach, educate and train local key users and support them where necessary. You will be working in close cooperation with the global team, especially for developments of new functionality, bringing CRM usage for the Business Unit to the optimum level.

Your tasks:Business support
1st level business support in close alignment with 2nd level technicalsupport
Regular feedback discussion with global support team
Training and documentation
Carry out trainings within business area.
Manage business specific training material, promote best practices, setup training plans.
Coordinate and support internal key user network and user community.
Communicate release changes and train users accordingly.
Coordination of business specific developments in close cooperation with global team
Analyze, identify and capture optimization possibilities and support their implementation.
Help to execute global design and usability guidelines to ensure optimum user experience.
Align with other business areas to foster synergies and share best practices.
Define business requirements, approve IT specification, test if the implementation covers business needs and rollout within business unit.
Support data quality initiatives.
Our requirements:You hold a relevant higher education or degree in marketing, sales or information technology, or have similar practical experience in B2B environment.
Knowledge of Sales and CRM processes in B2B and interested in becoming an expert in all areas of the CRM application.
You have strong communication skills and bring a strong affinity for complex solutions and topics.
Full English proficiency both oral and in writing, other languages of advantage.
