Job description, responsibilities and duties
CPQ offers important tools for the sales process and is a corner stone in our global growth strategy. The Product Owner organizes and coordinates all activities related to the product he/she is responsible for and reports to the Service Owner.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate and align with business stakeholders to identify requirements, consult on possibilities, and find synergies between similar needs
• Lead and moderate workshops for scoping and alignment of business demands
• Act as a link between system developers and sales organization, align with divisional key users and corporate experts
• Specify requested requirements and prepare tasks within Jira and Confluence
• Coordinate an agile development team
• Management and controlling of small and medium projects
• Final approval of new developments and general application testing before software releases
• Monitor service performance and user experience and strive for continuous service improvement and harmonization
• Report regularly on the progress to the Service Owner
• Align with cross-function team leads and other Service Owners
• Define relevant trainings and workshops
