• Technical User Support and User Management
• Problem and Incident handling:
o diagnose and troubleshoot application problems
o compose clear, concise, descriptive bug reports
• Service requests handling:
o Database exports/imports
o Data Quality management
• Dispatching of tickets
• Analyze, identify and capture optimization possibilities in applications and support processes
• Contribution to data quality and usability of applications
• Communication of user feedback to the Product Management
• Participation in building up the support knowledge base and compilation of user documentation
• Collaboration with Product Management, Developers, Quality Assurance Team and Business Partners
