Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Support marketing organizations with Marketo technical expertise,
• Setup Marketo campaigns for marketing organizations,
• Monitor Marketo campaigns,
• Monitor overall Marketo performance,
• Monitor the overall performance of the CRM interface,
• Analyze Marketo campaign results,
• Define, publish, and maintain respective standards and documentation (user manuals,
best practices, lessons learned),
• Troubleshoot issues related to Marketo and the CRM interface,
• Communicate and align with business stakeholders to identify requirements, consult
on possibilities, and find synergies between similar needs,
• Report regularly on the progress to the Service Owner and the Team.
