Job description, responsibilities and duties

In order to strengthen our organization, ANDRITZ is searching for an IT Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer in the area of Sales Application Services.
You are the link between our internal business customers and the software development! Together with a global team of motivated individuals, you define our future Sales Applications.

Main tasks and Responsibilities:
• Liaise between a broad number of stakeholders (e.g. sales organization, system developers and other IT teams) for the purpose of gathering and aligning requirements, detecting synergies and acting as a change manager to support the innovation process
• Communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Responsible for the specification of requirements together with the sales organization in an adaptive/agile organization
• Responsible for release of system updates, including pre-release testing for specific modules

Your Tasks
• You gather and analyze sales application requirements together with our internal customers
• You create technical specifications in from of Epics and User Stories
• You prioritize the topics and organize the backlog together with the team
• You contribute your competence and experience and challenge existing processes and systems
• You share your knowledge with the other involved teams

• Define user stories based on features which are prioritized together with the product owner
• Support the delivery team by organizing the backlog and making sure that each sprint delivers the appropriate value to customers
• Support the operations team in user support, including bug fixing.
• Support the quality assurance team in case of questions during testing of features
• Contribute to the 3-year-roadmap to further develop our tools towards a sales excellence platform
• Apply requirements modelling techniques to ensure effective and efficient requirement documentation and communication
• Participate in global roll-outs and training for users

• Business education (University) or similar practical experience in business to business environment (B2B)
• Knowledge of sales and CRM processes in B2B and interested in becoming an expert in all areas of the CRM application
• High level of English (spoken and written), other languages of advantage.
• Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
• Strong team player, customer orientation, high level of commitment and motivation
• Affinity to IT
