Are you looking for a new professional challenge in the field of personnel and office organization ?

Your tasks:

  • As an organizational talent, your focus is on the implementation of administrative processes.
  • They represent our company as the "good soul" and are also competent and helpful to our employees and external customers with regard to administrative processes.
  • They are creative, solution-oriented and friendly, even when problems arise.
  • You keep our office management running smoothly and have an eye for a beautiful office. You are innovative and come up with new ideas to make it nice for employees, customers and visitors.
  • Your second focus is on the implementation of human resources. Topics such as personnel recruiting, organization and feel-good management will hopefully give you pleasure and you will also be happy to contribute new creative ideas.
  • In conjunction with our external service providers (tax advisors and legal consultants), this also includes responding to standard personnel queries, such as special agreements, maternity leave, parental leave, etc. and, in individual cases, dismissals.
  • You receive, create and analyze personnel statistics and personnel evaluations and make decisions about personnel performance.
  • Together with the management, they decide on salary increases and bonuses.

Your profile:

  • You can communicate in written and spoken German (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
  • Open personality, communicative, service-oriented, resilient, committed
  • Experience from employment in the personnel department
  • You understand recruiting not only through classic job portals, but you are also familiar with modern recruiting methods
  • Software affinity for office applications
  • Organizational skills
  • Curiosity for value-adding and friendly communication
  • Ability to deal with changing requirements
  • Ability to learn to meet demanding tasks and new challenges
