BUSINESS CONDUCT COORDINATOR - Czech & Slovak speaker [1-year contract]
Location: Prague



Your daily responsibilities:

  • Solving customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with Rules of Conduct, Business Policies and defined procedures
  • Investigating and escalating potential rules violations according to the Dispute Resolution Process including arbitration and mediation with customers
  • Regularly proactively monitoring the Internet regarding customers’ activities (e.g. Web pages, auction platforms, social community platforms, etc.)
  • Receive, review, amend and approve: Business Support Material, advertising and business stationery, product awareness events in the public domain
  • Maintain appropriate records in relation to all tasks. Compile regular and special reports according to the procedures
  • Provide relevant information customers by using the various communications channels and educate customers on application of Business Policies
  • Proof-reading of Business Conduct materials for Czech and Slovak market

Profile we look for:

  • Relevant experience within sale’s oriented and commercially focused organization
  • Fluency in Czech and Slovak
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and high level of attention to details
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highest degree of ethics and integrity
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Flexibility and capacity to handle the main stakeholders
  • Experience with MS Office, Internet, Social Media
