Job description, responsibilities and duties
Finance Manager is responsible for Slovak and Austrian finance management
Leading accounting team of three direct reports
Developing performance reporting for the business including operational scorecards
Annual strategy and budget creation
Driving financial performance against budget
Performing ad-hoc financial analysis
Monitoring and maintaining cash flow position
Compile investment cases for new restaurants
Managment contracts for bookkeeping and payroll processing
Main point of contact between franchisor and franchisee for finance issues
