Country HR Business Partner for the Czech and Slovak market is responsible for partnering with Senior Operational Leaders to execute the Brand HR strategy required to achieve the business strategy and goals. Supports AmRest Talent Acquisition through ensuring managers with high development potential in operational business area according to AmRest Core Values.

Your Challenges:

• Executing variety of HR processes and tools necessary for: Attract, Train, Develop, Engage and Reward for the brand
• Supporting Operational Senior Leaders in forecasting, planning and recruiting internally/extarnally to meet talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy
• Building brand image through Employer Branding and promoting company's culture through professional recruitment and other connected actions
• Anticipating and building functional and leadership capability by partnering with Operational Senior Leaders to identify and develop key talent.
• Being responsible for brand training structure and leading training sessions
• Providing expert advice and coaching to Operational Senior Leaders and field partners when appropriate to deliver high levels of engagement and performance, ensuring that a recognition culture permeates the organisation
• Working collaboratively with Centres of Expertize and franchizor in Support Centre to identify and design interventions and provide strong HR & business acumen to the organization
• Participating in HR projects implementation and communication phase

Requirements:

• Master degree – preferably HR Management, Psychology, Management
• 3- years’ experience in similar field with background of people development, hiring and training is a must
• 3- years’ experience in managerial positions is a must
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must
• Readiness to travel for business (30% of working hours)
• Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and good business acumen.
• Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners and work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
• Highly developed recruiting and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
