Hello,
We are looking for a cool colleague who will fit into our AmCham team. We hope you will be a positive person who wants to make a difference in Slovakia.
We would like you to be flexible, able to multitask and a team player. This position will give you enough freedom to take care of your other hobbies, studies or even family as it is not a full-time position.
If you like working with people, practice speaking English, can juggle various activities, be a part of attractive platform and one of the most active chambers of commerce in Slovakia, YOU are the person we would love to have in our AmCham crew!
Your agenda will consist of:
• Daily administrative tasks (emails, calls, preparing membership folders,...), being a contact point for our visitors.
• Overseeing the purchase of office supplies and communication with vendors.
• Support and collaboration with the HR and Finance Officer.
• Support and collaboration with the Events Coordinator on several tasks.
• Market research in various areas.
• Sending all regular emails to membership, including Board and/or committees as is necessary.
• Logistical coordination of Staff meetings and meetings in the Conference room.
• Making travel arrangements for staff.
• When necessary, assisting at event registration or any further assistance required during official AmCham events.
• Being responsible for the scheduling and coordination of the Executive Director´s meetings.
• Keeping the office well-organized and running smoothly.

The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) was founded in 1993 in Bratislava as an independent and self funded organization financed exclusively through the contributions of its members. In September 2003 a new branch of AmCham was opened in Košice to help foster economic development in the Eastern Slovak region.
