Design Project Coordinator with English and Russian

Amerge is a Specialist Amazon Advertising Agency with over 20+ years of combined Amazon experience. For this particular global position, Amerge is looking for a Design Project Coordinator who will act as a point of contact between our worldwide Amazon clients and our design team in Russia.

We work with a number of clients in Europe, North America and Far East (Australia, Japan) who rely on us to produce the best-in-class designs for their Amazon business. This involves the following types of design work:

- Enhancement and mobile optimization of product images
- Design of Amazon product pages
- Design of Amazon storefronts
- Production of advertising banners

A successful candidate will be performing the following duties:

- Presenting our design capabilities to clients during online meetings alongside our London sales team members
- Producing price quotes based on internal price lists
- Receiving and clarifying design briefs from clients in English and translating them into Russian
- Communicating design briefs to our design team in Russia and working with them to establish production timelines
- Keeping track of design projects, timelines, progress, client feedback and its implementation by the design team
- Translating/interpreting feedback and communication between the clients and the design team
- Performing minor corrections on design assets whenever possible in order to speed up implementation of feedback and delivery times
- Maintaining and developing design best practices to ensure improved efficiency and client satisfaction

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in digital media design
- Proficiency in both English and Russian
