Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• All Finance & Administration duties (invoicing, bookkeeping, cash-flow monitoring, tax, etc.) for the Slovakian, Polish, and Turkish sales branches of the Group, with the support of our external tax and legal advisors in each country. More in details those include: raising purchase and sales invoices; monitoring and performing suppliers payments; double-checking book accounts on regular basis, and posting to ledger; credit control, chasing overdue payment; daily banking and money allocation; double-checking monthly, quarterly and yearly B&S and PL; forecasting and managing cash-flow; managing credit institute accounts in various currencies, trading terms, and credit lines; preparing any financial statements when required; monitoring of assets and contracts (e.g. car leasing, etc.)

• At least 10-year experience in bookkeeping in an international firm
• Strong experience in Slovak, Polish, and/or Turkish national tax and accounting systems
• Good knowledge of F&A, VAT rules, and tax law for European and international transactions (intercompany sales, European taxation, etc.); F&A experience in any other EU country is a plus
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Proactivity and down-to-earth approach
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills, with ability to find, recognize, and resolve financial discrepancies, and superior attention to details
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of Polish or Turkish is a plus
