Job Description:
As an Account Manager for Advertising optimization, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts within a specific product category directly or through sales teams to help advertisers set and also meet their advertising goals.
You will collaborate with the sales team and the advertising strategic account managers in the German marketplace by defining and implementing strategies that best fit the advertiser accounts, in order to ensure their growth and expansion. You may also collaborate with advertising strategic account managers across Pan-EU marketplaces in order to analyze, work on and optimize ads for the largest Amazon Advertising Pan-EU accounts.
In addition to daily tasks which include ad optimizations, detailed reports and new campaign suggestions, you might drive projects that are innovative and help in simplifying the process that is currently in place.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the team you’re on reaches the business goals.

• Drive projects with a business impact that will contribute to simplifying the process and providing high added value for the Amazon advertisers

Employee perks, benefits
Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1.500 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card.

Personality requirements and skills
Basic qualifications:
• At least 2 years of work experience in a business goal, dynamic corporate environment with a relevant exposure to stakeholder communication and team work.
• Fluent in English and German (Minimum B2) with respect to writing, reading speaking and communicating
• Excellent communication skills, experience in a client facing role with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in a digital environment and technology. Adaptable and fast in learning new processes and tools,
• Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
