Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Direct Fulfillment Onboarding Associate to work in a dynamic environment. Direct Fulfillment (often called Drop-ship) supports the fulfillment of customer orders directly from vendors’ facilities instead of the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
This is a temporary role, 12 months contract.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping high-potential vendors integrate onto Amazon’s Direct Fulfillment platform
- Manage integrations starting from early interactions with vendors to successful launch on the platform and work with vendors to determine the best integration approach.
- This is primarily a Supply Chain Operations / Transportation role but additionally you will interface with other internal technical and business teams, and contribute to new platform feature developments and improvements.
